Patients
Questions about an appointment, a payment or your account go to support@sannad.qa. Include the facility name and the appointment date so we can find the booking quickly.
Privacy and data
To see, correct or delete the personal information Sannad holds about you, follow the steps in the privacy policy, which names the data controller and the address for requests.
Press and partnerships
Media, insurers, suppliers and technology partners can write to support@sannad.qa with "Partnership" or "Press" in the subject line.
What happens next.
Suggested times are shown in Qatar time (GMT+3). A consultation is a request, not a booking: the team confirms the time by email, and a copy of your request goes to your inbox. If a request cannot reach the team's calendar, a team member contacts you within 24 hours instead.
To make the call useful, tell us the name and type of your facility, how many branches it has, how bookings are taken today (phone, WhatsApp, walk-in or an existing system), and whether you prefer Arabic or English.
